FredomFit’s Gymnastics program offers excellent coaching in a fun and supportive environment where your child can learn, grow, and excel no matter their skill level.
We offer levels 1-4 for girls gymnastics where the girls will develop and learn the foundations, technique, and mastery of the USAG skills for their given level. Choosing gymnastics can help your child build strength, flexibility, coordination, discipline, and confidence! Our mission is for your child to fall in love with this sport just as much as we are. We strive to create a safe and encouraging environment where we can help your child discover their potential while also learning real life skills that they can take with them into the world and making new friends!

Classes
Level 1:
This is our introductory level where gymnasts will go through the four olympic events: Vault, Bars, Beam, and Floor. In this level they will focus on the basics of the beginner skills, creating a foundation for their future.
Level 2:
This class is all about preparation and mastery! Gymnasts in Level 2 will be mastering and perfecting their foundational skills learned in Level 1, while also working drills and skills to prepare them for Level 3.
Level 3:
This is the last foundational level, gymnasts will complete all their mastery skills with polished form and technique. In this level gymnasts will focus heavily on discipline and independence, while still cultivating an atmosphere where they can have fun!
Level 4:
Level 4 is where gymnasts begin to refine their foundational skills and progress to more advanced techniques. Vault becomes more dynamic. Bars includes more complex elements. Beam and floor incorporate more advanced skills and acrobatic elements. The focus is on perfecting technique and connecting multiple skills together.

Level 1 & 2: Tuesday and Thursday 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Level 3 & 4: Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm to 7:15pm
Pricing:
All levels will be charged monthly on the basis of four weeks per month. Sign ups in the middle of the month are prorated.
Level 1-2: 58.00 monthly (one class a week)
Level 1-2: 98.00 monthly (two classes a week)
Level 3/4: 118.00 monthly (two mandatory classes a week)
Punch Card: We also offer a Punch Card at $178.00 for 10 classes. (Punch Cards expire after 6 months)
